Message
Hi, I'm Wes Wesley, CEO of SMG, a proud partner of
ENERGY STAR since 1998, a voluntary program of the US Environmental Protection Agency. Through this partnership, SMG is finding creative and effective ways to use less energy to operate our facilities, such as the launch of our new Energy Web site, allowing us to share best management practices easily and effectively. In doing so, we are saving energy and money, while reducing air pollution.
Doing our part to reduce pollution is important to SMG, but we also see improving energy performance as a smart business decision. As energy costs escalate, the benefits of improved efficiency become more apparent. Since SMG's proactive energy management is allowing us to increase profit, reduce pollution, and support our mission of providing world-class facility management services, it is easy to see why energy efficiency is important to us.
Through these efforts, SMG will be seen as a leader not only in our industry, but also as a good corporate citizen and an example for others.
